We are pleased that you have decided to book an online appointment. Your advantages: You know when it's your turn and registration in the office is quicker.

It is important to us that we can prepare well for you before your appointment. So you have to select at booking process, which and how many cases you have. Than we can plan enough time for your visit and keep waiting times to a minimum.

We are currently in the process of optimizing our online booking service for you, so the page now looks different than you might be used to. You will be able to plan your appointment even better and more clearly in the future.

And that is how it works:

When booking online, the program will guide you through the booking process.

First select your request and the appropriate location by entering in the drop-down menu (Metzingen / Glems / Neuhausen).

In the next step, choose a day on which there are still free appointments. These are marked green. Then select the time you want (also marked green) and enter your personal data in the mask. Important: Please click at the info box to know which documents are required.

At the next step you find our data protection declaration. At the very bottom of the page you have to tick the box „Ja, ich willige in die Datenschutzerklärung ein“ and then click on the green button „Diesen Termin buchen“.

You will immediately receive a confirmation by email with details of the appointment and the call number. There you will also find a link for further information. Please use this number to register at the reception of the town hall. You will then be automatically called up via the screen in the foyer at the time of the appointment as soon as a workstation becomes available. Please bring the appointment confirmation with you.
